Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, we provide all high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and professional equipment needed for the job. If you have a particular preference for a specific brand or product, we are happy to use yours instead. if you prefer we use your cleaning equipment we can do that.
How do weekly or fortnightly cleans work?
For our recurring clients, we set a fixed time slot that works for you. We aim to assign the same cleaner each time to build trust and ensure consistency in the quality of work at your home or office.
How do cancellations or rescheduling work?
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking. This allows us to reallocate the time slot to our team efficiently. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
